Pre-Construction
At PBS, we work hard to ensure that we thoroughly review all drawings and information prior to gathering proposals from seasoned subcontractors and preparing a competitive bid for our clients. PBS approaches each and every project with the utmost care and significant attention to detail. We take pride in carefully analyzing new projects with our clients to make certain that we will provide them with a final product that they are proud to call their own.

General Construction
PBS takes great pride in maintaining a high level of organization to keep all files in check. Once awarded a project, we diligently integrate its information into the most widely used and accepted construction management software in the industry, ProCore. With ProCore, we are able to make our clients aware of our progress, send submittals, coordinate all billing information, broadcast our schedule to the network within the job, and much more.

Closeout
Upon reaching the end of a project, PBS makes it a priority to complete a walk-through of the job with a punch-list to confirm that all work has been done safely, properly, and according to the client’s requests.
